My Friends....

So I have this friend who works at the hospital with me. I didn't know her before this current round with the hospital, but in the few short months that I've worked with her we've become fairly good friends. I mean... we're not having sleep overs and combing each others hair, but I do look forward to working with her, cuz she makes me laugh.... a lot.

Anyway we were working together the other day and she told me this story...

So...it's raining, and I'm loading the groceries into the back of my Toyota SUV. I finally get all the stuff into the car and I get in, and start driving down the road. Meanwhile I notice that I can hear rain falling, like there is a window down. Only I look around and no windows are rolled down. So I pull over wondering what is going on, and that's when I notice that my back window is MISSING. It's gone... completely gone. So I think to myself... what is going on here? So I drive back to the grocery store and look around for my window, only there's no window in my parking spot. No shattered glass, no nothing. At this point I'm wondering if someone like stole my window out of the back of the car. I'm so confused. So I drive back down the road, retracing my steps looking for my window. And I don't see it. Well, I'm tired, and I'm sad because I have to drive to Traverse to get the dang thing serviced since it's a foreign job so I figure I'll just pull into the Ford dealer and see if they can tape it up for me. So I pull in and I say to the guy... "My back window is missing, can you tape it up for me?" and the guy looks at me and says "Huh?" and I repeat myself, then take him out to the car. He looks at the car and says "...........Ummm.... .Miss........your window is electric powered. It's just rolled down... it's.... not.... missing...."

I say "OOOOOOHHHHH MMMMMMYYYYY GOSH What'd you DO?"

She says I kept my composure and I said... "Okaaay, and the button for that would be where?" and he showed me.

By this time I'm rolling on the floor laughing so hard. "Did you laugh?" I asked.

"Ummm... I got in the car and cried it was so funny." She replied.

"I like you" I said. "I like you a lot, cuz you make me look smart!!!!"

And that my friends, it what true friendship is all about! lol.
