Thought Of The Day...
Choosing a house is kinda like dating.... at first it's all warm and cozy. You love it no matter what, chuckle when it does something cute like blow a fuse or loosen up it's own baseboard. Then after a while you start to notice that annoying noise it makes right before the heat kicks on, or the mysterious clicking that comes from somewhere in the attic... then on day you find yourself standing in a puddle of water in the laundry room and you say to yourself.... "How did I get here!!!!!"

haha yeah, if only all problems were fixed as easily as calling the maytag repair man...

Too bad you didn't know of any houses that are in your price range, but doesn't have all those issues...oh, wait...huh, I guess you do.
