How Stupid Am I?

I went shopping. I love shopping. I think it's an addiction really. I think it's filling a void. :) Anyway my girlfriend and I decided we were going to take a day to go shopping, during spring break. So I request, 2 weeks in advance, an 8 hour vacation day for Thursday April 5th. Well I wake up Thursday and there is snow. Not just any snow, no this is BLIZZARD warning snow! IN APRIL!!!! So she's from St Louis, Mo and she's not to hip on the whole lets drive in a snowstorm thing. But I tell her... listen, I didn't take an 8hr vacation day for nothing. Get your butt over here, we're going shopping. So she shows up. We run errands. Then we're off. I swear to you... the weather... not good. We couldn't see in spots. White outs, blowing, drifting you name it. But the deals that were had! OOOOHHHHH it's better than sex. Well.... ok maybe it depends on the sex, but overall it was sooo worth it. And plus there was bonding. I had a blast with my friend and somehow we managed to make it there and back without to much hassle. Sure we should of stayed home, but what fun would that of been?
