Huh?

So here's an interesting proposition that was slid my way today. Some guy wants to buy the house I'm in. The house I'm renting, that I want to buy but can't because... I have NO income, and happen to be on another mortgage. Small issues right? Anyway this guy wants to buy this house and let me live here for the same rent that I'm paying now, and I could stay here indefinitely. And I'd have an actual lease. Wanna hear the catch?

The dude lives out of state, and he wants THIS HOUSE as his cabin, 6 WEEKS out of the year. (Not consecutive, but 6 none the less) So basically I could stay here, pay less then what I would in a house payment, all for the low, low price of vacating my home 6 weeks out of the year.

Seriously... Could my life get ANY better than it already is?
