It was a package from Santa, and inside he wrote a letter to myself, and the boy. It was the neatest thing ever. Santa said we had been good so he was delivering a few presents early... we waited until morning to open them though. It was the sweetest thing, and even made me a little bit teary... seriously I have some of the greatest people on EARTH in my life!Obviously I had been good, because Santa gave me $10 in Taco Bell bucks, as well as a hunk of grocery money. Wooohooo Santa!!!!
We then proceeded to the stockings. Russell is always rather impressed with his seeing that it IS the biggest stocking around. But hey, it came from an old baby sitter, and we do SO love the stocking...
He got lots of toys, like any spoiled child does. He told me Santa could just bring him books as long as they were cool books and he'd be happy. When we went on our Indiana Road Trip he found a Star Wars pop-up book that he loved. Well, he was rather surprised when he opened it today... and the coolest part... the book has light sabers that totally LIGHT UP! How's that for cool?
Look for this picture in next years Christmas Card... I was on top of things this year, and made sure to take a picture by the tree, BEFORE we left for Grandmas, and while we were BOTH having good hair days...

We then took off to Grandma's to see the whole Fam-Damily. It was fun, until my Aunt decided we all needed to take pictures gathered around Grandma. **Sigh** This was a picture of just the grand kids. The guy in grey that I'm sitting next to is my Cousin Stu... I used to wrestle with him when I was in High School, and he was in middle school. He eventually joined the wrestling team, which I like to think I had a hand in, and he did quite well. However, now... I'm thinking he could take me.
We then proceeded home to start to put together Lego's and transform, transformers. It was quite a chore. It took me 2 hours to put together one huge Lego set.....

Steph, I really like your cute red and black Christmas shirt! Very festive but not cheesy festive (w/ blinking lights and such :). I like the pajamas too, which can be cheesy and still cute. :)
Thanks Barb! The shirt was a Fashion Bug find, and the pants are from Old Navy.... It's nice to know I'm a fashionista! lol
