I forgot to mention that I saw Iron Man this past weekend. My boy has been begging to go, and I caved. I'm not sure if this makes me a good mom or a bad mom. --Not the caving part, but the taking him to see it part.-- It wasn't too bad, I figured if he watched Transformers 100 times how bad can Iron Man be, right? I called a girl from school, and she and her two boys met me up at the theater, I grabbed the neighbor boy, and once we got there the theater guys grandson came and sat with us. Basically it was me, the girl from school and 6 boys! lol. It wasn't too bad. My son and the neighbor boy enjoyed it, and there were no nightmares. Always a plus. This was my first super hero movie EVER! Seriously. I've never read a comic or any of that crap so I had no idea what was going on, but it wasn't that bad I actually enjoyed it a wee bit. (Ok I read an Archie comic back in the day!) When I went to the theater I asked the old gent who runs it how he was doing and his reply was "Better, now that I've seen you today!" LOLOLOL. Then he gave me a free candy bar. Sure, you may think it's wrong, but us welfare chicks need to take the free candy when we can! Even if it is from a nice old man, giving out the tickets at the theater.
Crap... does this mean he's going to start stalking me? I'm not going to worry unless I look out my window one night and see him standing on the front lawn.

Iron Man was an excellent choice for your first superhero movie. Aharon drags me to almost every single one, and so far Iron Man was the only one I enjoyed. In fact, he made me and my friend Kadie leave when we went to see Spiderman 3 because we were giggling too much and distracting him from the movie!
