Five Things I Learned This Weekend....

1. My father is hands down the most OCD person I've ever met.

2. I have an Uncle, who's name is Steve, and he really does appear at family gatherings!

3. Should nursing not pan out, I may have a career in either A) cookie decorating, or B) Flower pot painting....

4. Even with smaller numbers the Redneck Bash is the event that I look forward to most throughout the year!

5. My cousin, who is now 22, hands down has the best initials on the face of this earth. And I just realized it this weekend. --ok so I'm slow, it took me 22 years, but I never really sat around and contemplated his initials before-- He's a THRID, so that means my uncles initials are exactly the same, which means my GRANDFATHERS initials were the same. All this goes to say who would name their child this and then carry it on for THREE Generations. LOL. My cousin told me that he realized the power of his initials when he wrote them in sidewalk chalk on the driveway and his mother made him scrub them off. In really big letters he wrote F.U. His name.... Frances Ulicny.

**sigh*** it all makes so much more sense now. Those initials fit my uncle to a tee!!!!!!
