Dilemma

Would it be bad if I quit the second job? Here's the dilemma.... I have guaranteed hours at the hospital for the next 6 weeks. --I'm pretty sure the hours will last through the summer simply because of vacation, etc etc.) My problem is, with the hospital giving me regular hours, I am KILLING myself working this other job. I tell myself it will get easier, and that it's stupid to give up a stable (Albeit 10hrs a week) job for a job that the hours are not guaranteed on. See the problem. However.... if I keep the job, my grades have already suffered, and I can get kicked out of the program if they suffer to much.

So there's the dilemma... give me your thoughts so that I may make an educated decision.

Quit.

Your time is at a premium now. Those ten hours could be better spent with the boy, studying, or even catching up on rest. It would be differetn if you were making good cash in those 10 hours, but my guess is that you are not.

Be a quiter.

Do you think I'm a looser cuz I can't handle 10 more hours? .... I feel like a looser.

I agree with Rodmaster. Don't feel like a loser. School takes up a lot of time. Also, you have the boy to think about.

I agree. 10 hrs isn't worth it. Study,study,study...Now if they offerd like 50% employee discount then it would be worth it, but not for 10hrs a week...Michelle

Go with your gut! Are those 10 extra hours worth the money if it is causing havoc on the program?

And as a future possible patient (should I ever move North again), I think it is best that you concentrate on your studies and being Mom of the year. :-)

HUGS!
