Halloween.....

I posted the pictures backwards... but, oh well, you'll just have to deal. lol



Here is the haul the boy made Halloween night.




This is the neighbor girl that we picked up at the church and made her family trick or treat with us for the rest of the night. lol





The boy and I met one of the girls from work and her two kids at a local church that had a Halloween festival. It was my first time there, and even though Ms Carol showed up TWENTY minutes late, we still had fun. She said it was a lot smaller than most years because we went around the circuit a few times and were ready to go. We ran into a few friends while we were there so when the co-worker headed back to her town 20 minutes away, the boy and I grabbed the neighbor girl and her family and followed them around for a few.





This was the boy all dressed up for the night, and yes... he HAD to have his pic taken by the witch in the front yard.

The boy and I carved pumpkins for the first time in his short little life, this year. I managed to get out of it for the last 4yrs but this year.... he was ALL over it. Of course he didn't want a simple Jack-O-Lantern, he wanted a VAMPIRE pumpkin. So that was my sad attempt at a Vampire pumpkin... It's on the right. He put all the pumpkins outside on the porch, patted their heads and now refers to them as his pumpkin family.

Good times....

It's not wrong that I let him play with knives, is it? lol. It's a kid safe pumpkin carver, I swear!
