This is the pirate hot dogs that we made, when I was beginning to feel queasy.....
These are the pirates that were on their scavenger hunt to find their pirate outfits, this took place while I was shivering and chilled to the bone.
This is me laying down on the couch while the pirates decorated their swords. Thank God for Molly because if she wasn't there the party would of been a big ole disaster!
Molly was the super hero of the day, she took over when I was falling apart. After much consideration we have decided I had a bit of food poisoning. I don't know what it was but it hit me like a Mac Truck, and then left just as fast. It was horrible, I have not puked so much in my life. Ok... I prolly have puked that much but never that fierce. It lasted from 3pm Saturday until about 8pm Sunday. It was the strangest thing, you could actually time it. Whatever it's over and done, and I feel like a looser because I totally went to bed while my sons party was in full swing. I'm a horrible mom, but at least I made a cool cake! And one of the boys said... "this is the coolest party EVER! Waaaay better than I expected." If ever you need a party Molly is the one to do it up. This was all her idea and her planning, I just made the cake and grabbed some decorations. She rocks people, that's why she's my friend, and why I've kept her my friend for the past 33yrs.
I owe you girl.... big time. Next time, I promise mega bonding, and no puking! :)
