I love Queen. Mostly because I like to think that I'm the Queen, so if I surround myself with royalty I feel more royal... Ok... I'm full of it. Anyway I've been so busy lately I haven't had time to blog. I'm sure no one has noticed, but for the few of you that have that is the reason why.
I have nestled into my job quite well. I actually have a wee bit of a routine down, so that's a plus. I've spent most of my time in a office on the second floor since the receptionist there had a family emergency. I really, really like that office. They're organized, and I'm all for organization. The Dr is a goof ball. I keep wanting to tell him.... "Inside voices, baby... inside voices" And he gestures these really big gestures with both hands. He drove me crazy the first 2 days, but the third day he was in surgery most of the day, then came back and I think we bonded.
I've also spent time in another office downstairs, which was an adventure. I had a patient who was PISSED today, and frankly I thrive in those situations.... Only because I find it amusing. So we dealt with that, then I had a patient who was literally sobbing in the phone because she... well... was a little ... unique. Anyway I love those situations too because they are incredibly amusing. So I calmed her down, I came out smelling like a rose... which makes me happy. ;)
Soooo that's been my life, work, and come home and try to get this house in order. My neighbor is here to help me wrap gifts so I've gotta run... more to follow....
