5 Things I Learned This Weekend

1. Anxiety medicine is sent from heaven.

2. Your first dose of Anxiety meds makes you a) have out of body experiences and b) sleep like there is no tomorrow. (However that was the first solid sleep I've had in a year, and let me tell you... wow... I missed that!) :) -- I have never in my life experimented with any kind of drugs. Ever. Therefore, I have never experienced the joy of being stoned. Most of the time I take NyQuil and I'm down for the count. That being said... I imagine that the feeling I felt today while sitting on my couch was the equivalent of being high. I mean... I just sat and stared... at my arm. Who does that? I'll tell ya who... a stoner! lol---

3. I really, really hate snarky people.

4. Don't try to make up a song that is catchy and goes along with the story you're reading. Why? Because inevitably your child will want you to sing it again, and then correct you when you're wrong. Thus, you need to pay attention when you're making crap up, so that when asked... you can keep your crap straight.

5. You can't please everyone, and I've learned that I don't really care to please everyone anymore. I am who I am. This is not to say I won't try to make everyone happy. Because... that's what I do, I make people happy. But if you're a snarky, crabby pants who just wants to be miserable... so be it. I don't care.

Whoever invented Deep Fried Mac and Cheese Wedges needs a medal, and is my new hero. Seriously those things are to die for. GENIUS I say, GENIUS!!!!!! (oh and while we're at it... the Nachos at Speedway are 10 times better than the nachos at 7-11... in case you were wondering) Right Kerry?
