First...

I went to my first school dance tonight. It was everything I imagined it to be. Cute boy as my date... dressed up like someone from the 70's... rock music... refreshments... strobe lights... and


my date dumping me the minute we got in the room!!! LOL


It was high school all over again. Only this was elementary school, and somehow I wasn't a student I was a mother.

How did I get here? lol

I'll have to post a picture someday because we both looked rather shnazzy in our 70's garb. The boy even had on REAL love beads (don't ask how or where I got them-- and no, no nudity was involved--) and a nice little head band.

We rock.
